Group fitness classes provide a high-energy workout experience that is perfect for all skill levels. Over 20 different formats are offered, and classes range from cycling, cardio, and HIIT, to yoga, TRX, and strength.

you can also download our app from The App Store or Google Play by searching "Auburn Rec."
Use the app to access the facility and to register for your favorite group fitness classes and other Campus Recreation programs.

The Class Pass is sold under "Passes and Memberships" on RWC Connect. More than 80+ classes per week,
in 7+ formats are available to passholders.

How to Register

Click the group fitness schedule on our website or on the Campus Recreation app.

Log in with your Auburn University user name (not email) and password.

Click the IMLeagues image on the landing page.

Navigate to the Group Fitness tab, then to the class schedule, and select the class you are registered for.

Complete the class registration.


Cancel a Class

Yoga Rave
Bring on the neon and rave with us in the MAC Gym. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. for face painting, glow sticks, games, and freebies. Yoga starts at 7:00 p.m. Get there early and bring a mat! Snag a unicorn treat before you leave!
Pump Up Your Heart
An annual event that promotes social fitness and a healthy lifestyle by offering a friendly and fun competition during the month of February. Participate to win t-shirts and prizes weekly, along with grand prizes at the conclusion of the event.
Move
Grab your friends and join us for free fitness classes at The Plex in fall! Bring your water, your mat, and enjoy! Classes include yoga, butts and guts, cardio, and more. Everyone welcome! No Class Pass required!
Demo Days
Occurring the first two weeks of the Spring and fall semesters, Group Fitness hosts free classes in all formats where members "try before they buy." All classes during Demo Days are free and no Class Pass
is required.
Join the Team
Learn a part-time skill and become a champion of health and wellness on Auburn's campus by teaching group fitness classes.
Who:
Any member interested in becoming a group fitness instructor (open to all students, faculty, and staff). No experience necessary!
What:
A professional development opportunity. Learn what it takes to be a group fitness instructor.

Get prepared to take the AFAA Group Fitness Instructor certification exam.
