A personal trainer will design an individualized workout plan based on your goals, personal needs, and the results of your assessment/screening. All of our trainers hold nationally recognized certifications, regularly pursue continuing education credits, and have experience training clients just like you!
If you need a little extra motivation or want to take your fitness to the next level, then this is the option for you!
Each session is 60-minutes in length. Each participant is required to purchase a Comprehensive Fitness Appraisal to participate in training sessions and must complete the assessment prior to training.
