Member Cancellation

Cancellation Procedures

  1. Memberships run concurrently with the Auburn University payroll cycle. Based on the day of cancellation, members may receive a final deduction the month following request to terminate.
  2. Requests for termination include termination of memberships, locker service, and any accompanying service or pass associated with the requesting member's account. 
  3. Employee termination requests include cancellation of any spouse/partner memberships associated with the account to be cancelled.
